The Hot Rod Show will be held on the Frog Festival grounds Saturday and Sunday with the following categories to be judged: Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Interior, Beat Paint, Mayor’s Choice, Sponsor’s Choice, and Top 50.
Registration is Saturday between 8 a.m. and 12 noon, with judging that afternoon between 1-4 p.m. The park closes at 5 p.m. Saturday and reopens at 9 a.m. Sunday.
Awards will be presented Sunday, June 2, at 1 p.m. Security will be provided for vehicles remaining on the grounds overnight.
Attractions will include music, beverages, camping, fun jumps for the kids, and great food. (No ice chests allowed)
An appreciation dinner and dance for registered car owners and guests will be held Saturday evening between 6:30-11 p.m.
Fees are: $25 general admission entry; $35 pavilion spaces (spots held for first 45 cars with paid entry); no charge for spectators. T-shirts and ditty bags will be given to the first 25 entries. Make checks payable to the Rayne Frog Association.
Proceeds will benefit the Healing House Foundation.
Deadline to pre-register in May 24th. Deadline is used to calculate pavilion spots still vacant.
