Funeral services will be held Saturday December 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church, for Joseph Clifton Credeur, 69, who died Thursday December 16, 2010 at his residence in Duson.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn Thibodeaux Credeur, of Duson; two daughters Roxanne Credeur of Lafayette, and Rachel Prejean of Scott; one son Wade Credeur of Plano Texas; two grandchildren Caleb, and Zachary Prejean both of Scott; one sister Marjorie Trahan of Duson; four brothers Delton Credeur of Lake Charles, Oran Credeur of Duson, Raymond Credeur of Carencro, Ande Credeur of Scott.

Mr. Credeur was preceded in death by his parents Arvillien and Doris Cormier Credeur; two sisters Mary Thibodeaux, and Emma Gary; three brothers, Gene, John Ulysse, and Richard Credeur.

Pallbearers will be Wade Credeur, Steve Prejean, Garrett Richard, Chester Credeur, Donald Credeur and Leo Gary; honorary pallbearers will be Caleb and Zachary Prejean.

Mr. Credeur wishes to thank the staff of Heart of Hospice, and Dr. John Rainey.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Heart of Hospice.

Visitation will be held Friday December 17, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until services.

Burial will be in the St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home of Rayne.
