According to Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon, Cartwright is wanted in connection with the assault of two individuals that occurred in Acadia Parish on February 19th of this year. Cartwright is believed to be hiding in Acadia Parish and is known to frequent the City of Rayne.
