A single vehicle accident happened in the 3000 block of the Whiteville Road Thursday, July 3. <!--break-->The driver, Leo Moore of Bunkie, appeared to have lost control of his Ford pickup for unknown reasons. Witnesses said the truck rolled over and the driver was ejected. He was transported to Ville Platte Medical Center by Acadian Ambulance.
