Funeral services were held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, December 21, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. for Antoine “June” Dupuis, Jr., 69, who died Friday, December 18, 2009, in American Legion Hospital in Crowley.
Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery No. 2, Rayne.
Surviving are three brothers, Wilson Dupuis of Rayne, Curliss Dupuis and wife, Shirley, of Midland, and Adolph Dupuis of Crowley.
He was preceded in death by parents, Antoine Dupuis, Sr. and Lorraine Cormier Dupuis; five brothers, Elton, Hector, Oclude, LeRoy and Cinton Dupuis; and three sisters, Inez Campbell, Viola Menard, and Rosita Landreneaux.
He was born Thursday, August 22, 1940 ,in Rayne, son of the late Antoine Dupuis, Sr. and the late Lorraine Cormier.
Friends were received Sunday, December 20, 2009, from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday, December 21, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. until service at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne.
