Sophia Marie Granger

Nick and Crystal Granger of Rayne are announcing the birth of a daughter, Sophia Marie, born at 10:53 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Lafayette General Hospital.

At birth, she weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces, and measured 19.75 inches in length.

Mrs. Granger is the former Crystal Mary Tauzin, daughter of Nolan and Audrey Tauzin of Rayne, maternal grandparents.

Paternal grandparents are Lawrence and Patricia Granger of Rayne.

Great-grandparents are Larry and Clara LeBlanc of Rayne, Betty Granger of Rayne, the late Louis Granger, the late Delia and Maurice Thibodeaux of Rayne, and the late Albie Sr. and Feliciana Tauzin of Cecilia.

Godparents are Miranda LeBlanc and Andrew Granger, both of Rayne.

Siblings welcoming Sophie are Evan and Logan Granger.
