The bride-elect is the daughter of Darrell and Lisa Soileaux of Rayne.
The prospective groom is the son of Paul and Linda Gagliano of Peachtree City, GA.
Hosting the 2 p.m. courtesy were Janice Stutes, Michelle Soileaux, Natalie Young, Glenda Young, and junior hostess Hayley Young.
Guests were treated to a variety of fingerfoods, including sandwiches, vagetable tray, fruit and chocolate, drummettes, chips and dips, fruit baskets, punch, and a special shower cake.
Refreshment and cake tables were topped with white linen tablecloths, along with bouquets of blue hydrangeas and ivory sweetheart roses, theme of the approaching wedding.
For the special occasion, Miss Soileaux selected a short-sleeve, sheath dress featuring a round neckline designed in a slight geometric pattern of black and white. A black belt was noted at the natural waistline with pearl jewelry completing her ensemble.
The honoree’s mother selected a black and white pants suit featuring pinstripe pants topped with a two-piece chiffon shell along with a matching sheer jacket with a ruffled hemline.
Guests attended the pre-nuptial social from Rayne, Crowley, Church Point and Monroe.
Special guests in attendance were the honoree’s grandmothers, Lorraine Myers of Crowley and Marilynn Soileaux of Rayne.
Leslee and Sam will be married on Saturday, July 31, 2010 during a 2 p.m. Latin Nuptial Mass at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, followed by a reception at The Crossing at Mervine Kahn in Rayne.
