Band Schedule:
10 AM to 12:15 PM: Kyle Huval & the Dixie Club Ramblers
12:30 PM to 1:00 PM - Zumba demonstration
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM: The Pine Leaf Boys
There will be Fun Jumps for the children and other food to be sold during the cookoff will be: Red Beans & rice, BBQ burgers, curley Q fries, Hotdogs, Sweet Potatoes, mini Brisket po-boys, cookies, Hush Puppies, Crawfish & rice casserole, candy, fry bread & sausage.
Beer and sodas will be available to purchase....bring your lawn chairs but please leave your ice chests at home. There is no admission fee into the grounds, the cookoff's revenues come from the refreshments sold.
There will be official Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off T-shirts and Aprons available to purchase.
Arts & Craft booths will be set-up under the Pavilion.
The Eunice City Marshal Reserve’s Annual Poke Run will also be held on March 27, in conjunction
with the Cookoff:
8:00 AM - Registration at the Northwest Center (next to the Pavilion)
8:30 AM. - Blessing of the bikes
9:00 AM - first bike leaves
2:00 PM - last bike returns to the Cookoff.

Trophies for the cookoff and prizes for the Poker Run will be announced and present at 2:15 PM from the bandstand.
