Rayne - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. for Daniel "Beetle" Robert Keeley, 47 who died Monday, January 24, 2011in Rayne.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.

Surviving are his loving wife, Ann Downs Keeley of Rayne, two sons, Steve Tabb, Jr. of Rayne, Donald Davis of Cleveland, Ohio, three daughters, Ashley Nicole Prejean and husband Mike of Mire, Stephanie Tabb of Rayne, Amanda Tabb of Cypress Island, one grandson, Keagan Prejean of Mire, mother, Elaine Beuhner and husband Ed of NJ, biological mother, Delores Rountree of FL, four brothers, David Keeley of FL, Frank Keeeley, FL, William "Billy" Keeley of FL, Jeffery Keeley, OH, two sisters, Jennifier Keeley, FL, Ki Ki Rountree, FL brother, Brett Broussard of Boutte LaRose, father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Norma Downs of Sunset, friend, Clayton Humprey and wife Diane, numerous family and friends and supporters.

Mr. Keeley enjoyed fishing, camping, riding Harleys, playing his guitar, eating pizza, cheeseburgers, and drinking pepsi. He loved spending time with his wife, kids, family and friends and most of all his grandson Keagan AKA his little Buddy.

The family would like to give a special Thanks to Heart of Hospice and his nurse Sonya, Miles Perrett Center in Lafayette, John and My Tut Downs.

Mr. Keeley was employed as a boat captain with Ampol and Gulf Fleet.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Tuesday, January 25, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until service.
