Visiting hours were held Monday from 1 p.m. to the time of service as was requested by the family.
He is survived by one daughter, Deborah Faulk of Crowley; two sons, Bryan and Dwayne Faulk both of Crowley; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his former wife, Sylvia.
Mr. Faulk is preceded in death by his parents, Ivy and Alice Duhon Faulk; three sisters, Hilda Thibodeaux, Lollie Todd, and Jackie Hoffpauir; and two brothers, Myrl and Reginald Faulk.
