BREAUX BRIDGE – Services are pending for Dr. Louis “Doc” Huval, DVM, who died April 5. He was 71.
Huval began his career in the early 1960s and for a long time was the only veterinarian in St. Martin Parish.
In 2004 “Doc” saved the life of a man by performing CPR.
He was the patriarch of a large immediate family, some of whose members make up the popular Huval Family Band.
