LAFAYETTE – Services for attorney George “Eddy” Williams, Jr. will be Thursday. He died Nov. 4 at age 51.

He was active on the boards of many organizations.

Survivors include his wife Donna and a son.

Arrangements are by Martin & Castille.

Former police juror

PINEVILLE – Services for former police juror and Camp Beauregard official Richard “Butch” Lindsay, Jr. will be Wednesday. He died Nov. 4 at age 63.

He most recently was facility engineer with the Louisiana National Guard. He was a former constable and was former president of the Rapides Parish Police Jury. He was also past state president of Woodmen of the World.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth, a son and a daughter.

Arrangements are by Hixson Bros.

Former Jax Brewery official

ALEXANDRIA – Services for former Jax Brewery-Hill Partners executive Mary Grantham Fitzgerald will be Tuesday. She died at age 66.

Survivors include several children and a sister.

Arrangements are by John Kramer & Son.

Artist

MONROE – Services for noted artist Nilafa Graves Modlin will be Wednesday. She died Nov. 3.

She was founder and former president of the Monroe Arts Association. Her paintings are held by patrons around the world.

Survivors include three daughters.

Arrangements are by Kilpatrick.
