Drug investigation nets three

Narcotics efforts continued this week with the arrest of three men from the Crowley. During two separate investigations, Crowley police have recovered marijuana and crack cocaine which was being utilized / disbursed within the city of Crowley.

The first arrest stems from a search warrant which was served at 228 Westwood Dr. Agents along with SWAT team members served the search warrant on July 28th. Agents recovered marijuana at the residence and have charged Reginald Keith Milson, 20 with possession of marijuana.

During a separate investigation, members of the Street Crime Unit were able to take several grams of crack cocaine off the streets of Crowley which were intended for distribution in our community. During the investigation, Collin Prather, 36 of Crowley and Samuel Conley, 40 of Crowley were arrested for possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine.

Chief K.P. Gibson stated, “Our efforts have and will continue in the war on illegal drugs. We encourage our community to get involved in reporting narcotics activity in our city. Citizens can call Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous at 789-8477 or call our narcotics division at 788-4132”.
