The day of food and entertainment is held at the Northwest Pavilion at 601 Samuel Drive, across from the St. Edmund’s football field.
Entertainment includes Kyle Huval & the Dixie Club Ramblers at 10 a.m., a Zumba demonstration at 12:30 and The Pine Leaf Boys from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
There is no admission fee for the cookoff. Ice chests are not allowed on the premises.
Attendees can buy tickets allowing them to taste test the etouffee prepared by the various professional and amateur cooks entered in the contest.
