Surviving are son, Guy Gibbs of Rayne, grandchildren, Robert Eugene Gibbs of Burna, Tx and Shane Gibbs of Jackson , brother, Louis Lopez of Sunset, sister, Theola Richard of Broussard, brother, Wilton Lopez of Rayne, brother, Austin Lopez of Rayne, sister, Gloria Lopez of Rayne, sister, Linda Credeur of Rayne, sister, Georgia Robinson of Rayne, sister, JoAnn Boudreaux of Rayne, brother, Kermit Cormier of Mire, brother, Rayford Lopez of Mowata, sister, Deanna Lopez of Duson, brother, Filton Miller of Mire, sister, Nelda Trahan of Mire.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Gibbs; three sons Ricky Gibbs, Kenneth Gibbs and Tommy Gibbs; two brothers Theo Lopez, Jr. and Lucien Lopez.

She was born Wednesday, April 8, 1936 in Rayne, LA, Daughter of the late Theo Lopez and the late Leah Aucoin.
