Richard “Dickie” Latiolais who previously served as Branch Manager of the Rayne bank under
Louisiana First National’s ownership, has been named Loan Officer/Business Development and
will provide commercial lending services to businesses throughout Acadiana, traveling to their
locations for on site customer service.
Anna Colligan, a Rayne native previously employed at that location, has been named Branch
Manager. Colligan was transfered from Farmers State Bank’s Youngsville Branch that she helped
open and had led for two years.
