Schexnayder
On Friday, a police officer was called to Eaton Park Elementary after a teacher advised the counselor that one of her 10-year-old students had red marks around the neck.
The student told the officer that his father, Joseph Ray Schexnayder, allegedly choked him and his mother because they had turned down the volume on the television.
Schexnayder is charged with cruelty to a juvenile.
