Saturday, September 17, 2011, the weekly "Rendez-vous des Cajuns" Music Show presents performances by THE FUGITIVE POETS, a group of singer/songwriters with the look of a classic Bluegrass band but with the sound of eclectic fusion of folk, rock, blues, swing, old time and bluegrass, followed by a performance by JOE SIMON & the Louisiana Cajuns...emcee for the evening will be RAY LANDRY.

The "Rendez-vous des Cajuns" show is performed live every Saturday night at the historic Liberty Theater in downtown Eunice, LA. Best described as the "Cajun Grand Old Opry" the family-friendly show features an emcee who hosts the show in Cajun French and a dance floor where people can dance to the music of Cajun bands performing live in the restored 1924 vaudeville house.

Tickets go on sale every Saturday at 4:00 PM at the ticket window of the Liberty Theater. Tickets are $5.00 and general admission seating. The show starts at 6:00 PM.
