Funeral Services will be Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 4:30 PM at the Indian Bayou Methodist Church in Indian Bayou for, Gervis E. Morgan, 84 who passed away Friday, April 29, 2011 at 9:00 AM at the home of his son in Indian Bayou.  Rev. Larry Maxwell will be officiating the services on Sunday.

Survivors include one son, Randal and wife, Jeanette Morgan of Indian Bayou; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; one sister, Trevlyn Brookshire of Beaumont, TX.

Mr. Gervis is preceded in death by his wife, Lois Morgan; his parents, Elic and Lucinda Morgan; one brother, Ross Morgan and one sister, Vernell Morgan.

Visitation will be Sunday 1:00 PM till time of services all at the Indian Bayou Methodist Church in Indian Bayou.  Burial will be in the Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Rayne.  Please send personal condolences to www.duhonfuneralhome.com
