RAYNE - Lindsay Claire Harrington of Crowley and Jordan Michael Hollier of Duson are engaged to marry August 11, 2012 at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Rayne. Father Clint Trahan will officiate the ceremony.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of L.J. and Debbie Harrington Jr. of Crowley. She is the maternal granddaughter of Abbie and A. D. Foreman Jr. of Crowley and the paternal granddaughter of Ruby Abshire Harrington of Kaplan and the late Lovelace Harrington Sr.

Lindsay attended Rayne High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in radiologic technology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is currently attending the Louisiana State University Eunice campus for diagnostic medical stenography.

The prospective groom is the son of Mona and Ivy “Boo” Hollier Jr. of Rayne. He is the maternal grandson of Racie Cormier of Rayne and the late Norris Cormier. His paternal grandparents are Ivy Hollier Sr. of Duson and the late Cecile Richard Monceaux.

He attended Rayne High School in 2007 and is employed at Vam USA in Broussard.

Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Duson.
