Rayne - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monday, January 10, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. for Hazel Melancon St. Julien, 90, who died Friday, January 7, 2011 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Louis St. Julien and wife Lou Anne of Scott and Charles Patrick St. Julien and wife Judy of Broussard, two daughters, Rose Marie Brown of Broussard and Bonita Ann St. Julien of Egan, grandchildren, Lisa Bell, Suzanne Bradford, Christina Fenrich, David Armentor, Jacque Armentor, Rob St. Julien, Lisa St. Julien, Nicole St. Julien, Kathy Laviolette, Steven St. Julien, Todd St. Julien, Heather Thibodeaux, Brooke St. Julien, Jamie Stegall and Justin Stegall, 13 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. C. St. Julien, Sr.; her parents Robert and Bulah Hebert Melancon; two sons Lucien Anthony St. Julien and Louis E. C. St. Julien, Jr. and two brothers Wilburn Thibodeaux and Louis Thibodeaux.

She was born Sunday, January 18, 1920 in Rayne, LA, Daughter of the late Robert Melancon and the late Bulah Hebert.

She was a member of The Home Demonstration Club and African Violet Society and she worked as a Nurse for over 30 years.

Friends will be received 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., Sunday, January 9 and from 8:00 A.M. until services Monday, January 10, 2011 at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA.
