The July 31 afternoon ceremony was officiated by Rev. Donald Pusson.
Upon entering the church, guests were ushered to their seats by Johnathan Breaux, cousin of the bride and Nick Murphy, cousin of the groom.
Jules Breaux provided appropriate musical selection with his trumpet throughout the ceremony.
Selected scripture readings were provided by Hayden Henry, godchild of the bride and Andrea Murphy, godmother of the groom.

Escorted by her father, Terry Henry, the bride was elegant in an ivory draped satin strapless bodice with a slightly dropped waist featuring a beaded embroidered detail ball gown skirt and a beaded lace chapel train. To complete her ensemble, she wore a single layered veil with matching beads.
She carried a bouquet made special for her by her aunt, Trina Breaux. It consisted of magnolias, cream and pink roses, pink and green orchids and adorned with crystals and pearls. Her maternal great-grandmother’s mother of pearl rosary was intertwined in the bouquet.
Traditional items incorporated into the bride’s ensemble included her wedding dress and veil as something new; her maternal great-grandmother’s rosary, her paternal great aunt and uncle’s old coin sewn in her petticoat, along with a pair of diamond earrings as something old; her mother-in-law’s pearl necklace was something borrowed and the top of her boots was something blue with a sixpence for good luck.
Attending as matron of honor was Kellie Wirtz, childhood friend of the bride.
Bridal attendants were Chicky Pippin, sister of the groom, Jessica Fruge and Celeste Broussard, friends of the bride and Brianna Henry, cousin of the bride.

They wore brown pinned-striped suits with ivory vests and ties.
