Crowley Police Officer Lyn Baker had his hands full Thursday morning at the intersection of Hwy. 1111 and Oddfellows Rd. as he directed traffic which was being diverted off of I-10 onto Hwy. 90. An early morning accident on the eastbound lane between the Hwy. 1111/ East Crowley exit and Rayne exit caused the detour that created headaches for motorists. Nobody was seriously injured in the crash, in which officers said early morning fog may have been a contributing factor.

However, some fluid spilled onto the interstate which was caused some time to clean up. Traffic was flowing smoothly again by mid morning.
