CROWLEY - Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Crowley for Jeanette Rawls, 73, who passed away Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 3:50 a.m. at the American Legion Hospital in Crowley. Fr. Higginbotham officiated the services.

Survivors include, three sons, Lionel “Red” and wife, Joan Broussard, Dennis “Wayne” Broussard and Darrell Rawls all of Crowley; three daughters, Debbie and husband Richard Seguin of Denham Springs, Martha Hargrave and Janet Rawls both of Crowley; three brothers; four sisters; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Ms. Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Rawls, and her parents, Armil Campbell and Florence Duplechain.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 20, 2011 at 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. then from 8 a.m. till time of services on Saturday. A Rosary was recited Friday at 6:30 in the evening in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Crowley.
