Rayne - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monday, July 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. for Leora Marie Lejeune, 84 who died Thursday, June 28, 2012 in Rayne Guest Home, Rayne LA.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.

Surviving are two daughters, Martha Pryor and husband Jack of Rayne, Ovena Savoie and husband Larry of Rayne, one son, Garland Lejeune and wife Lois of Rayne, three sisters, Mary Dugas of Rayne, Sybil Lyons of Rayne, Donatile Moore of Vinton, three brothers, Walter Castille of Rayne, Percy Castille and wife Hilda of Rayne, Lurcy Castille and wife Kitty of Rayne, thirteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Elton Lejeune, one daughter, Nellie Boudreaux, parents, Leonard Castille, Jr. and Zula Soileau, one sister, Victoria Bourque, infant twin brothers, Layus and Dayus Castille, five newphews.

She was born Wednesday, June 20, 1928 in Acadia Parish, LA, daughter of the late Leonard Castille,Jr. and the late Zula Soileau Castille.

A rosary will be recited Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Gossen Funeral Home.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Monday, July 2, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m..

The family would to thank Rayne Guest Home and staff, HopsiceCompassus, Dr. Mark Dawson for the care and compassion the gave to Mrs. Lejeune.
