Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 3:30 PM in the funeral home services in Rayne for Lloyd J. Comeaux, 72, who passed away Friday, February 4, 2011 at 7:45 AM at Camelot Place in Rayne.  Rev. Berl Adams will be officiating the services.

Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Comeaux of Mire, Redell C. Miller of Scott; two sons, Mark and Mitchell Comeaux both of Mire; eight grandchildren, T.J. and Tammy Miller, Bryan Comeaux, Myra Sonnier, Nicole and Amos Bourque; Brandon and Heather Degeyter; one great grandson, Zachary Sonnier; one brother, Verman “Nat” Comeaux of Scott; five sister, Helen Comeaux of Scott, Beulah Alleman of Scott, Bernice Lavergne of Rayne, Vernice “Tootie” Comeaux of Duson,  and Berdie Trahan of Lafayette.

Mr. Lloyd is preceded in death by, wife, Katherine “Cookie” Comeaux; his parents, John Berchman and Evangeline Meche Comeaux; one sister, Jane Lois Comeaux.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 10:00 AM till time of services in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne.  Lloyd will be laid to rest at St. John Berchman Catholic Church in Cankton, under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Rayne.  Please send personal condolences to www.duhonfuneralhome
