Notre Dame and Northside Christian both received the No. 6 seed in their respective classes when the LHSAA released the playoff brackets Wednesday afternoon. Crowley is the No. 19 seed in Class 3A while Rayne earned the No. 27 seed.
Notre Dame, the District 4-3A champion will square off with former league foe Rayne in the first round on Friday at Miller Stadium. That contest is slated for 6 p.m.
Crowley will also be in action Friday as they travel to take on No. 14 seed Brusly at 5 p.m. while Northside will entertain No. 11 seed Ebarb on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
