Gary and Sylvia Doucet of Church Point are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Andrea Doucet of Church Point, to Jarreytt Johnson, also of Church Point, son of Angie and Stuart Broussard.

The bride is the granddaughter of Edgar and Florine Daigle, Eula Mae Doucet and the late Vilfray Doucet, all of Church Point. The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in Crowley, attained a liberal arts degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011, and is employed as an associate financial representative with Northwestern Mutual.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Kathy Reid of DeRidder, the late Kenneth Reid, and Percy and Loretta Broussard of Crowley. The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in Crowley and is employed as an operator for Woodgroup Production.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, January 19, 2013, during a 7 p.m. wedding ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church, followed by a reception at The Warehouse Events Center in Rayne.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Church Point.
