Man exposes himself in front of neighbors

On Sunday July 15, 2012, residents in the 100 block of Haven Loop reported seeing a male subject standing inside a home in full view of the window nude and massaging himself. Lafayette Parish Deputies responded at 6:29 PM and spoke with several witnesses who reported that the resident is known to walk to throughout his home nude with the curtain pulled back and that this behavior has been going on for nearly a year.

Deputies were able to obtain statements from multiple neighbors who indicated that the man’s behavior was lewd and offensive.

Deputies identified the resident as 49-year-old Edward Boudreaux III who resides in the 300 block of Haven Loop. Boudreaux was questioned by deputies and provided confirmation that he intentionally exposed himself in full view of neighbors and passer-bys.

Deputies arrested Boudreaux for obscenity, he later posted a $5,000.00 bond and was released.
