CROWLEY – Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish is again asking for the public’s assistance to solve two burglaries that occurred in Rayne.

On Sunday December 28, 2008, a suspect jumped over the rear fence and entered Meche’s Pharmacy through the rear wall. Once inside the suspect took narcotics and exited the building a short time afterwards. He is a white male, 5’10” to 6’0”, thin build and was wearing all black and was carrying a dark colored book sack.

On Monday January 18, 2009, the same suspect attempted to break into the pharmacy again but was scared away before he could make entry.
