Minister Sinclair was a resident of Crowley. He was a member of Community Chapel Church of God in Christ in Opelousas. Minister Sinclair served with Acadia Parish Public School System for 20 years. He was also a member of the Fish and Loaves Ministries. Mr. Sinclair is survived by: his mother, Alma Moore Sinclair of Crowley; five sons, Joel Sinclair (Pamela) of Clinton, MS, Damian Sinclair (Kenyetta) of Auburn, AL, Jerold Sinclair of Kentwood, MI, Aaron Sinclair of Hammond and Matthew Sinclair of Crowley; four daughters, Kim (Mitchell) Chenier of Auburn, AL, Faith Sinclair and Hope Sinclair, both of Hattiesburg, MS and Bethany Sinclair of Crowley; one brother, Allen Kirk Sinclair of Moreno Valley, CA; one sister, Alma Mary Sinclair of Crowley; twelve grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Helen Sinclair; his father, Joseph L. Sinclair, Sr.; and his brother, Langston Sinclair, Sr.
Visitation will be observed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Northside Assembly of God.
