Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Cunningham CME Church here, with Rev. E.I, Sullivan and Rev. Jessie Banks officiating, for Nathaniel Travon Wiltz.

Interment followed in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery II, Rayne.

Visitation was from 7:30 a.m. until time of services at Cunningham CME Church.

On October 13, 2012, Nathaniel Travon Wiltz was called to his heavenly home.

Nathaniel was born July 12, 1989, to Gilda Senegal-Wiltz and Joseph Timothy Wiltz at the Rayne Branch Hospital

He was baptized at Our Mother Of Mercy where he made his First Holy Communion. He attended Rayne High School and enlisted in the Louisiana Youth Challenge Program and received his High School Diploma.

He was employed by of Church Point Wholesale, where they treated him like family.He enjoyed his work experience.

Travon loved spending time with his young son, his “boys” basketball friends, listening to music, family gatherings and enjoying life . As it is hard to understand, accepting and trusting in God he leaves to cherish hisvery happy memories to his devoted and loving parents, Gilda Marie Senegal-Wiltz and Joseph Timothy Wiltz; his beloved son Timajh Khalil Wiltz; a special friend, Timesha Guy; one sister, Kaylon Wiltz; one brother, Jaylon Wiltz; paternal grandfather David Carl Wiltz, of Houston Texas; special aunts; uncles; godparents; and a host of cousins and friends.

Nathaniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wilda Evans and Sidney Prevost; his paternal grand- mother, Ora Lee Cole Wiltz; a host of uncles, aunts, and relatives.

Nathaniel was a loving son, a kind brother, an adorable nephew, a dedicated co-worker and a best friend. He will be missed by all whom he came in contact with.

Pallbearers were Thaylan Alfred, Lionel Battles, Jr.,Cardell Edmond, Jr., Cody Collins, Joseph B. Clark, Patrick X. Clark, Wilbert Charles,Jr., Myles Cormier, Jeremy Evans, Jowlan Evans, Trivial Guidry, Kenneth A. Senegal, Sr., and Christopher D. Barnes.

Honorary pallbearers were Ludovic Amossou-Genou, Joseph Clark, Sr., Ken Killingworth, Carl Prudhomme, Skylor Senegal, Jerrell Underwood, III, Lionel Washington, David P. Wiltz, “Lucky”, John B. Cole, Jeffery Evans, Carlos Prudhomme, Percy Senegal, Daniel Sweet, Jerrell Underwood, Jr., David C. Wiltz and Jaylon Wiltz.

Final arrangements were entrusted to Kinchen Funeral Home of Lafayette.
