Funeral services will be held Thursday,  September 2, 2010, at 10 a.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for Nell D. Segura, 68, who died Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at the Heart Hospital in Lafayette.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary and her husband, Derek Campbell, of Meaux; four sons and their wives, Michael and Christine Broussard of Delcambre, Bruce Broussard and his fiancée Heather Huval of Crowley, Herbert and Christine Broussard of Erath, and Hewey Broussard of Erath; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Thibodeaux; and her mother, and stepfather, Amy Leger and Herby Landry.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Sept. 1, from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.

Burial will be held in the Miguez Cemetery in Delcrambre under the direction of Duhon Funeral home of Rayne.
