No change in status of LSU football game

BATON ROUGE – There is no change in the status of Saturday’s football game vs. North Texas at this time. LSU officials are monitoring Hurricane Isaac and will assess the impact of the storm after it has passed through Baton Rouge.

Two other LSU athletic events have been changed. LSU’s soccer match on Friday against Stephen F. Austin has been postponed until Tuesday. LSU’s soccer match against Houston is still scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Tiger Classic Volleyball Tournament, which was scheduled for the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Friday and Saturday, was moved to Houston because of travel complications involving opponents.

LSU will keep fans posted of any changes concerning athletics events through its website at LSUsports.net
