Survivors include one daughter, Linda and husband, Murphy LeBlanc, of Rayne; two stepdaughters, Geraldine and Letha Thibodeaux of Branch; ten grandchildren, Sonya C. and husband, Donovan Broussard, of Mire, Roxanne and husband, Chris Thibodeaux, of Church Point, Karl J. Campbell of Rayne, Paul LeBlanc and companion, Rachel Broussard, of Duson, Monica Campbell of Rayne, Angie LeBlanc Morgan of Duson, Cody J. Campbell and companion, Frankie Payne, of Coteau, Katina M. and husband, Nick Atkeson, of Katy, TX, Jeremy J. LeBlanc of Duson and Kayla M. Campbell and companion, Stephen Guidry, of Sunset; one step-grand-daughter, Michell and husband, Carol Alleman, of Church Point; twenty great-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Boudreaux of Scott; one daughter-in- law, Deanna Lormand of Duson; two nieces; and one nephew.
Ms. Pauline was preceded in death by her first husband, Murphy Lormand, the father of her children; second husband, Austin Thibodeaux; Murphy Lormand; parents, Theophile and Marie Desneiges Comeaux; one daughter, Judy L. Campbell; one son-in-law, Don N. Campbell; one son, Charles (T-Muff) Lormand; one grandson, Jody J. Campbell; two brothers, Dudley Comeaux and Murphy Comeaux; one brother-in-law, J.R. Boudreaux; and one nephew, Herman Comeaux.
Ms. Pauline was a very loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed very much and will be in our hearts forever. We Love you Ma Pauline always.
Pallbearers for her services were Karl J. Campbell, Cody J. Campbell, Donovan Broussard II, Murphy P. LeBlanc Jr., Jeremy J. LeBlanc and Nicholas Atkeson. Her honorary pallbearers were Murphy LeBlanc, Donovan G. Broussard, Kaenon and Ian Morgan, Erik and Alex Atkeson, Ryan, Jacob and Seth Campbell, Chris Thibodeaux and Stephen Guidry.
Visitation was Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. then Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. till time of services.
A rosary was recited Tuesday at 7:00 in the evening in the funeral home chapel in Rayne.
Burial was in Sts. Peter and Paul’s Church Cemetery in Scott under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home in Rayne, La. Please send personal condolences to www.duhonfuneralhome.com.
Ms. Pauline’s family would like a special thanks to go to Meadow Brooks Staff, especially Janelle, Polly, Nick, Wendel and Carla and Dr. Corel. Mickey and Patrick, who are two nurses on the 6th floor at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette. A very special thanks to Michelle and Dana who were her hospice nurses. Jackie Price who held a very special place in Ms. Pauline’s heart.
