A three o’clock afternoon wedding ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at the Rayne Community Center will unite in marriage Chelsie Kaye Lormand of Mire and Bryce Dale Stelly of Rayne. A reception will follow on site.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Clayton Lormand and Christina Leger Lormand of Mire. Her grandparents are Aubrey and Judy Leger of Mire, Allen Dale Lormand of Mire, and the late Merlis Lormand.

She is a graduate of Rayne High School, Louisiana Technical College, and is employed by Leading Health Care of Louisiana as a home health care giver.

The prospective groom is the son of Bryan and Elizabeth Stelly and Paula Billiot of Rayne. His grandparents are Dorothy Billiot of Rayne, the late Gelton Billiot, Sable and Dallas Stutes of Arnaudville, and Benny and Susan Stelly of Rayne.

He is a graduate of Rayne High School, attended Louisiana Technical College, and is employed by Service Machine and Supply, Inc. as a machinist.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Rayne.
