Casey is the daughter of Dianna and Minos Gaspard Jr. of Meaux. She is the granddaughter of Dolores and the late Raywood Meaux of Meaux; and Evelyn Gaspard and the late Minos Gaspard of Abbeville.
The bride is a graduate of North Vermilion High School and is currently employed by Mi-Swaco.
Brett is the son of Larry Primeaux of Morse and Nadine Lapoint of Crowley. He is the grandson of Rose Lavalley and the late Robert Lavalley of Lafayette; and the late Bernice and Joseph Primeaux of Morse.
The groom is a graduate of Crowley High School and Unitech Training Academy for Computer Information Systems. He is currently employed by Production Services Network.
The nuptial mass was officiated by Father Greg Simon and the bride was escorted down the aisle by her father, Minos Gaspard, Jr.
There were Scripture readings by the groom’s uncle, Patrick Primeaux and the bride’s uncle, Jonas Richard and offertory gifts were given by the bride’s godmother, Jessica Latiolais and her godfather, Harold Gaspard.
The bride wore a satin halter a-line gown with beaded lace applique and a cut-out lace hem. The bride’s headpiece was a fingertip length two-tier veil with a scalloped edge.
The bride’s matron of honor was her best friend, Kayla Prejean. She was also attended by her best friend, Jessica Benoit, her cousin, Laura Richard, and the groom’s sister, Meagan Isreal.
The bride’s attendants wore a pink satin empire ball gowns with chiffon halters.
The groom’s best man was his best friend, Casey Cormier. His groomsmen were his brothers, Chad Primeaux and Keith Primeaux and his cousin, Lance Kibedeaux.
The ushers were the groom’s cousin, Patrick Primeaux Jr. and the bride’s cousin, Justin Campbell.
The flower girl was the bride’s godchild, Londyn Gaspard.
The ring bearer was the groom’s cousin, Kian Smith.
A wedding reception was held at the V-Arena Hall in Kaplan.
The bride and groom honeymooned in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and they currently reside in Duson.
