The hour-long program is open to all public, UL students and faculty.
In addition to both teams, the Ragin' Cajuns cheerleaders and Ragin' Jazz will perform.
Ragin' Cajuns Basketball Midnight Madness will feature a 3-point shootout contest involving two players from each team plus a pair of audience members.
The event wraps up with a 10-minute scrimmage by both teams.
