The Rayne Raiders 13-and-under football team was given the opportunity Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 for a game played at the UL-Lafayette’s Cajun Field as they collected a 28-0 win over Erath. Team members and coaches are: Trey Bearb, Braylin Bonnom, Nakin Broussard, Trevon Fontenot, Antonio Gabriel, Michael Grant, Morgan Hayes, DeWane Jolivette, Charles Jones, Christian Meche, Byron Mouton, Michael Price Jr., Jaylon Redd, Tony Richards Jr., Cameron Sampay, Trey Vautrot, Don Dre Wheeler, Deon Trey Wilridge, Alan Zaunbrecher, and coaches Blake Sampay, Ricky White, Chrissy Sampay, Mike Frank, Aleke Kaonu, and sposnor Josh Reed. The Raiders will participate in the VIP Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 20, at AA Comeaux Park in Abbeville. League champions Rayne and New Iberia will meet during a 7 p.m. game.
