Rayne - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. for Ray A. Thomas, Jr., 51 who died Thursday, August 30, 2012 in Duson.

Interment will be in the St. Theresa Cemetery.

Surviving are his companion, Connie Pomier of Duson, three brothers, Thad Thomas, Byron Thomas and wife Vicky and Shawn Thomas all of Scott; two sisters, Toby Thomas of Scott and Christina Thomas and companion Johnny of Jennings, four nephews, Bryson Thomas, Brendon Thomas, Chris Lopez and Thomas Nuggent.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ray A. Thomas, Sr. and Barbara Ann Navarre Thomas; one nephew Michael Anthony Thomas and his sister-in-law Eunice Thomas.

He was born Wednesday, July 19, 1961 in Lafayette, LA, Son of the late Ray A. Thomas, Sr. and the late Barbara Ann Navarre.

Friends will be received 8:00 A.M. until Services, Saturday, September 1, 2012. at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA.
