CROWLEY - Joshua Paul Marceaux of Lafayette has chosen Lanie Kaye Reed, daughter of Kenneth and Tobi Reed of Crowley, to be his bride.

The grandparents of the bride-to-be are Andrew and Sharon Boullion of Crowley, Lou Reed of Crowley and the late Melvin Reed.

Lanie attended high school at Northside Christian School and graduated in 2007. She graduated from McNeese State University in December 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education. Lanie is employed with Acadia Parish School Board as a teacher.

The prospective groom’s parents are Lane and Cindy Marceaux of Jennings. His

grandparents are the late Curley and Irene Pousson and the late Ed and Nola Marceaux.

He attended

high school at Northside Christian School as a graduating member of the class of 2006.

He graduated from McNeese State University in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies. Joshua is currently employed by Fastenal in Abbeville as a general manager.

The wedding will be held Saturday July 7, 2012 at six in the evening

at Forest Park Church of Christ in Crowley. Jason Corder will officiate the ceremony. Following the wedding, the couple will

reside in Lafayette.
