The Rayne Police Department reports it has arrested Joseph LeBlanc (AKA Chucky) on one count of Distribution of a Schedule II CDS: Crack Cocaine. 

LeBlanc is currently out of jail on probation, but did not abide by the terms of his release from prison for prior drug charges. 

Chief Stelly stated, “We repeatedly see the same individuals over and over in the drug trade.  To them, jail is a part of doing business.  As long as the drug trade remains profitable without an extensive sentence if they are caught, we will continue to battle this epidemic.” 

Chief Stelly added, Joseph LeBlanc was caught on video during an undercover sting selling drugs.  “Thanks to video, the drug dealers never know when they are selling to someone cooperating with law enforcement,” remarked Chief Stelly.
