Rayne - Funeral services will be held at Indian Bayou Methodist Church, Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. for Russell James Hoffpauir, 52 who died Monday, December 6, 2010 at his residence in Duson after a long battle with cancer..

Interment will be in the Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery, Indian Bayou, LA.

Surviving are mother, Delma Hoffpauir of Duson, two brothers, Reggie Wayne Hoffpauir, Kenneth Carl Hoffpauir, four sisters, Linda Hoffpauir Beasley, Debra Hoffpauir, Lisa Hoffpauir Almanza, Yvonne Hoffpauir Nolen, nephew, B.J. Walsh, nephew, John Reggie Walsh, niece, Ashlie Lalonde, nephew, Saul Almanza, Issac AlmanzaT-Joe Almanza, niece, Christine LeBlanc, niece, Tamra Hoffpauir, niece, Jennifier Boudreaux, niece, Tonya Jagneaux, niece, Tabatha Wurst.

He was preceded in death by father, Reggie Hoffpauir.

He was born Friday, January 24, 1958 in Lafayette, LA, Son of the late Reggie Hoffpauir and Delma Cooper Hoffpauir.

Friends will be received at Indian Bayou Methodist Church, in Indain Bayou, LA. Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until service.
