The Sheriff’s Department will be assisted by other agencies at the Checkpoint.
The purpose of the checkpoint is to target impaired drivers under the influence of alcohol or any other dangerous substances. Officers will respond with zero-tolerance to drivers found operating while intoxicated.
Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz reminds motorists that if they drive, buckle up, or if they drink, have a designated driver or call a friend. Do not become an impaired driver.
