NEW ORLEANS - Isaac may be moving slower, but it is also only a mirror of itself.

Tropical Storm Isaac, as of the 7 p.m. advisory, was located at 30.1 N, 91.1 W and was moving northwest at 4 mph.

The storm features maximum sustained winds of 60 mph, wind gusts of 85 mph and 977 mb of pressure.

Tropical Storm Isaac has caused several power outages, but utility companies remind their customers that until winds are below 30 mph, they cannot send their crews out to repair outages.
