State Police said the 2 p.m. Aug. 6 accident occurred near Napp Lane when Thelma Maynard’s CRV failed to negotiated a curve, overturned and came to rest on its roof. Maynard, 41, was dead at the scene.
Neither she nor the three occupants, all hospitalized, was wearing their seat belt at the time, troopers said.
