A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 19, , 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota for Viola Clement Kibodeaux,90, who died at 3:20 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2011 in Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley, LA. 

Fr. Mikel Polson will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 8:00 a.m. to the time of service Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Iota, LA.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Kibodeaux Landry and her husband Chester of Iowa, and Judy Stutes LaCroix and her husband Rufus of Rayne; two sons, James Kibodeaux and his wife Vickie Kibodeaux of Crowley, and Albert Kibodeaux and his wife Charmaine of Egan; fifteen grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren and a sister Ella Mae Richard of Sulphur, LA.

Ms. Kibodeaux is preceded in death by her husband Adam "Spud" Kibodeaux; her son Kenneth Kibodeaux; parents Joachin and Lucille Hebert Clement; one granddaughter Crystal Kibodeaux; four brothers, Iasic, Euclide, William, and Gilbert Clement; and two sisters Rosabell Davey, and Emily Myers.
