The 30-minute presentation will be given by Bill Briscoe of Matchbin and will be held at 8 a.m. at the Rice Palace in Crowley. Briscoe will speak about bringing small to large businesses from “traditional media to new online media.”
With the presentation, business owners will learn how building a website or advertising online would benefit them. The presentation will either teach them how to build a website or how they can work with Matchbin and The Post-Signal to build one.
This seminar provides an opportunity to be on the marketplace on The Post-Signal’s website, which will connect area residents to area businesses.
“It’s just a great place for people to expand their business and get onto the marketplace,” said saleswoman Janet Doucet.
Food and beverages will be provided at the 8 a.m. presentation. The presentation is free to the public and anyone can attend.
