Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Saturday, December 11, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. for Yvonne Daigle Saltzman, 73, who died Thursday, December 9, 2010.

Interment was in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne.

Surviving are daughter, Debbie Fontenot of Lawtell; son, Kenny Brasseaux and wife, Tena Brasseaux, of Rayne; three sisters, Elaine Comeaux and husband, Howard, of Scott, Jeanette Dominge and husband, Harry, of Duson and Betty Leger and husband, Larry, of Scott; one brother, Edward Perrodin of Duson; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Berlin J. Daigle; second husband, Linest Saltzman’ and one brother, Ervin Sonnier.

She was born Thursday, February 18, 1937 in Bosco, daughter of the late Nolton Sonnier and the late Yolande Guidry.

Friends were received 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday, December 10, and 8:00 a.m. until services Saturday, December 11, 2010, at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne.
