Chosen as Ross Elementary’s prince and princess were second graders Tevor Keith Leblanc, 7, son of Tiffany Leblanc and Keith Leblanc, and Ja’Niyah Moore, 7, daughter of Yvonne Mouton and Jonathan Moore. The two will both be contestants in the 76th International Rice Festival’s Jr. King and Queen’s pageant.
